Also released as 2-track single on August 23rd, officially distributed by Spinefarm within Finland only:
1. Don't Say a Word (edit) (4:12)
2. World in My Eyes (Depeche Mode cover) (3:58)

The artwork is naturally bit wider compared to the EP version since the slim jewel case for singles requires full-width inlet, the eyes proceed a bit further than on the EP release. The CD looks almost identical on both versions. There anyway is a small difference: the catalogue number at the edge of the CD, printed in tiny letters. (See the detail view.) Also the colour of the CD is a bit darker blue; the EP is slightly lighter but it isn't easy to notice. The cover image is vice versa - EP has darker cover, this single has slightly but noticably lighter one. You can notice it by comparing these two releases.

The single was released a week earlier in Finland than the EP and it went straight to the first position on the official Finnish Charts. The single stayed at the top five for a few weeks.

The edited version of the title track is missing the "extra part" of the verse, the Van-Eckmann's spoken parts and the "interlude" in the middle of the song.
