Track 1 was recorded in the Summer of 1972 in Via Flamina, Italy, with the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.
Tracks 2-7 were recorded in the Fall of 1972 (starting in October), in Waldorf Nord, Germany, with the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.

Tracks 8-14 remixed at Acme Studios, Mamaroneck, NY, USA.
Tracks 1-7 digitally remastered, tracks 8-14 mastered at Abbey Road Studios, London, UK, Sept. 1997.
