Dreadborn was founded on May 1, 2024, in Istanbul, Turkey, by Oğuz Bulgurlular and T. Batuhan Bulgurlular. Combining the rich legacy of melodic death metal with 20 years of musical experience, the band aims to carve out a unique place in the Turkish metal scene with their heavy riffs and emotionally charged melodies.
Desecrate was founded in May 2005 in Istanbul, inspired by an idea conceived by guitarist Oğuz Bulgurlular. Following a meeting between Oğuz Bulgurlular and Tuğrul Güneş, the two musicians decided to collaborate. Subsequently, Akcan Ergin, who had previously played with Bulgurlular in a band called Obstinacy, and Gürkan Yücel, who had shared the stage with Tuğrul Güneş, joined the group, forming the core lineup of the band.
