I only listen to true thrash, death, and black metal. (In other words no groove metal, nu metal, metalcore, deathcore, melodic death metal, symphonic black metal, ambient black metal, melodic black metal, or anything progressive/expirimental/avantgarde etc. because that stuff is all just nicer slower softer prettier watered down pussified shit and bears little to no resemblence to the real stuff.) I love true thrash, death, and black metal all equally and listen to the same number of bands from each genre. A few of my favorite bands: Vio-Lence, early Slayer, Sodom, Blood Feast, Dekapitator, early Celtic Frost, Hypnosia, Morbid Angel, Deicide, Suffocation, Cryptopsy, Vomitory, Disgorge, Cemetery Urn, Sarcofago, Blasphemy, Mayhem, Marduk, Dark Funeral, Conqueror, Archgoat and MANY more
