Would you believe, the very first song I ever got into was Heavy d & the Boyz in the early 90's. Yes I was a chart music boy. I later started listening to Queen through my parents after Freddie Mercury died and my parents watched all the tribute shows. I watched the drummer and thought "That looks like fun" so I got into rock. And then my brother got me into guns' n roses. I started to listen to grunge after that, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, and ugly kid Joe. I got more into heavier stuff with Sepultura, Carcass, and then in 1995 I bought my first CD in Germany, Fearfactory demanufactuer. I started sneaking into rock clubs (I was a hairy 15 year old) and was introduced to Emperor songs and the first Cradle of fitlh, and that is how I've ended up a metal nut, with over 1000 Cds

I'm a collector of limited editions,rareities and especially prophecy production releases. I'm also a huge fan of those obscure mid 90's releases from small defunct labels like Cyber records, Arctic Serenades, Witchhunt records and try to collect those too.
