I live in the middle of the United States of America (Nebraska), and have been listening to true metal (the old thrash scene) since I was 13.

I like most forms of metal: Thrash, Speed, Death, Black, Old-School Classic Metal, some Grindcore, limited Punk, and some classic rock thrown in for good measure.

Nothing beats old school though!

Favorites in death metal: Morbid Angel, Carcass, Deicide, Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, Dismember, Unleashed and more than I care to type.

Favorites in black metal: Mayhem, Burzum, Dark Funeral, War, Vondur, Dissection, Emperor and once again, more.

Thrash favorites: Megadeth, Slayer (these were the first two bands I "got in to"), Testament, Exodus, Anthrax, Annihilator and more.

Other favorites include: Venom, Bathory, Possessed, Sentenced, Napalm Death and more. Way too many more to list here!
