Actually, I do listen to music that isn't metal (my musical background includes years of classical piano training), but there are still thirteen bands which have a home on this site that I happen to enjoy A LOT.

My grading system for metal albums is as follows:

90+ = We are not fit to walk on this album's soil.
80-89 = Excellent
70-79 = Good
60-69 = Shows promise
50-59 = Average
40-49 = Mediocre
30-39 = Lacking
20-29 = Feeble
10-19 = Sucks
Below 10 = Utter shit
