I like pretty much any kind of metal, with the exception of most metalcore and gothenburg stuff...ummm some favorites include YOB, Nile, Shadows Fall, Amon Amarth, Lamb of God, ISIS, Cult of Luna, Mastodon, Pig Destroyer, High on Fire, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Himsa, Enslaved, ect ect I could go on all day.
