I'm a music fan in general, but metal is the music that I seem to listen to the most. My favorite bands under the general umbrella of metal are Leviathan (the U.S. black metal project of Jef Whitehead), Darkthrone, Mayhem, Deathspell Omega, Napalm Death, Carcass, Pig Destroyer, Krieg, Burzum, Xasthur, Godflesh, Lord Mantis, Indian, Black Sabbath (Come on, gotta' include them) and I really enjoyed the The Lion's Daughter's "Existence is Horror", so consider me a fan of them too as soon as I delve into their earlier material. There are a bunch of other bands that I can not think of right at this moment that I would put here as well. I'm here in the hopes of discovering new and exciting music that will satisfy my needs for musical intrigue, and visceral satisfaction.
