Jesse Halstead is an American singer, bass player and lyricist, best known for fronting power metal band Age of Shadows and formerly alternative metal band HorseFace. Halstead possesses formidable vocal prowess, known for his quasi-operatic tenor and wide vocal range. He is also regarded as a competent bass player and a prolific lyricist. Halstead cites Bruce Dickinson, Ronnie James Dio, Myles Kennedy, Geezer Butler, Steve Harris, Colm Wilkinson and Chris Cornell among his influences.
