My rating system:

100% = Perfection in my eyes. Any band that gets this is probably a fav of mine.

99-90% = Same as getting 100, the band just might not be one of my favs.

89-80% = Awesome album with great songs. Flaws are few if any and is easily a go-to album for whenever.

79-70% = Pretty good album, just a few fuck ups, but otherwise solid release.

69-60% = Ehhh it's okay, could be a lot better. Few good songs but most are fillers.

59-50% = Uninspired and bland. Nothing on the album really stands out.

49-40% = Pretty crappy, some songs might be able to pass for okay but hardly.

39-30% = Stupid. Almost an insult to the listener.

29-20% = An insult to the listener. Nothing good on this album at all.

19-10% = Complete shit. If this were any worse my ears would start bleeding.

9-0% = My fucking ears are bleeding!!! Pretty much a joke and I have no idea why it's on this site.
