Facts about me:

- Into metal since 1983.

- wrote metal column ("Kept In the Dark") for local magazine "Hip"
from 1994-1997 promoting international metal acts in the U.S.

- formed "Ready for Boarding" - a fan club dedicated to Running Wild
in the U.S. in an effort to spread the word of my favorite band.
Gave away over 150 free tapes. The band caught wind and included
me in the thanks list for their "Pile of Skulls" album.

- "Ready for Boarding" was then converted into C.R.O.M. - a fanzine
dedicated to True Metal in the U.S., which saw the independent
release of five issues and a compilation CD (The Resurrection of True
Metal, 1995). The CD was the first U.S. release of material from
Angra and Rhapsody

- C.R.O.M was converted to Battle Hymns - a fanzine website. Battle
Hymns fizzled out, and C.R.O.M. returned briefly in 2006 as a
webzine renewing the dedication to spreading the word of True
Metal.

- C.R.O.M, now defunct, morphed into the current blog "Blazing
Metal" located at: www.blazingmetal.com

- Assisted with the U.S. band Beyond Reality from 1994-1998 as a
managing consultant.
