NOTE: I will now begin to take requests. You can email me at:

I honestly don't know how many people read my reviews but if you do and wish for me to review a certain album, please feel free to drop me an email and I will definitely consider.

I AM doing discography reviews, but due to my ADHD, it's a slow process. I am working on reviewing classic albums also. Classic being either OLD classics or MODERN classics. These classics are also MY OPINION, so these may not be classics to other people. But I don't care.

I have decided to begin doing discography reviews, mainly focusing on full-lengths but will maybe do EPs as well. Sometimes demos, but don't really count on it unless it's an important release. Obviously, I won't count bands that only have one release so far under the "completed" section. I will also continue to review other albums from other projects whilst I work towards discographies.

My favorite sub-genre is black metal, especially depressive suicidal black metal (DSBM) and the more atmospheric/ambient stuff. I also enjoy death metal, folk metal, thrash metal, Viking metal, funeral doom, and really a majority of other sub-genres. If it sounds good to me, I'll listen to it, regardless of how other people feel about it. Yes, that includes the maligned deathcore sub-genre, because I like quite a few deathcore bands.

I am currently adding albums to my collection. I will only have albums in my collection which I have physical copies of. My collection is currently quite small, but I am working on expanding it. THIS IS NOT INCLUDING MY DIGITAL LIBRARY!

Albums in my collection that are not on the Archives. (I know some of these bands aren't "trve metal" but I really couldn't care less. Besides, some of these albums I've had since I was just getting into metal) I will also include a score of each album:
The Acacia Strain - Death Is the Only Mortal - 68%
The Acacia Strain - Coma Witch - 64%
Bad Brains - Bad Brains - 87%
Between the Buried and Me - Between the Buried and Me (white vinyl) - 83%
Between the Buried and Me - The Silent Circus (green vinyl) - 93%

Suicide Silence - The Cleansing - 75%
Tool - Lateralus - 91%
Tool - 10,000 Days - 83%

I have also found that I am more generous with giving certain albums a score of 100% because there are plenty of albums I absolutely love and believe deserve the score. My reviews are more often positive than negative because that's just the way it is. Can't really explain why. I guess I'd rather comment on something I like that dislike, but I do, of course, try to do both positive and negative reviews.
