After almost ten years, Stress has recorded new material again. And the only song recorded didn't fail.
"Coração de Metal" is a very strong song. There's no unnecessary intros. The first thing heard is a retro but spectacular guitar riff that remembers the Dio-era Black Sabbath, then it begins a powerful progression to a true metal hymn: that one composition is perfect to be played live!
The lyrics are a little shallow, but their message is a true and great ode to Stress' natal place, the city of Belém, in the heart of Brazilian Amazon, and to the Metal Life Style too.
André Chamon works in a simple and precise line, without double kicks and remembering the 70's Heavy Metal; Paulo Gui makes a short but exciting guitar solo full of tapping notes and bends, and his melodic line stands in the head; Rooselvelt "Bala" one more time gives all of his energy, branded vocals and thundering bass to a new Stress' classic song.
After that Demo, "Coração de Metal" became a constantly present song in all Stress' concerts, and people screams its lyrics with all the power. By now, only one thing makes the Brazilian headbangers anxious: a new Stress' album.
