From the depths of um sewers - 95%

Mordaine, April 3rd, 2005

This is one strange ass band I must start out saying. I wasnt sure what to expect from a guy who trolls around in sewers. To my surprise it was actually pretty good music. Strangely raw and strangely melodic this music seems to capure both of those elements without playing too much on either. The riffs are rather unusual, they are seemingly chaotic but then out of nowhere they are controlled and flow nicely with the drums. I think he uses a drum machine(although I could be wrong), either way the drumming is pretty fast and somewhat varied. The growls and sung vocals are notable as they fit the music perfectly. Overall this turned out to be a really good album. Its worth checking out.
