Brilliant little 3-track demo here. Not a boring part to it. All-round brutality that is tight and brilliant. The guitar playing is not obviously excellent, but discreet and subtle by throwing in little pinches that are not too obvious to the ear at first listen. The drumming goes very well and the vocals are lovely little guttural growls and delightful piggy squeals that go up and down in range. The changes are simple, as is the speed and tempo. Track 3, "Force Fed Excrement" is the absolute killer stick out track (that later features on the LP, but I prefer this version better). Starts off with a killer tormenting sound to the riff, well played. Then breaks into the cheekiest breakdown :25 in, with cheeky pinch fills and perfect little squeals over the top that gradually get higher in range. 1:52 in the song is brilliant, teasing riff with slides putting the cherry on top of this brutally mauled carcass of a CD.
Simplicity at its best. Go and get it, right on.
