Reawaken

Kick ass! Now Onward is back with their follow-up Reawaken. With new bassist Chris Payette they are heavier, faster, and better then ever. More of a headbanger then Evermoving I'd say i like this one a little better. Toby Knapp shreds away as always and Michael Grant's vocals are more powerful and dynamic then before. The opening song, also the title track, has some great lyrics and a fist pumping chorus. It's hard to pick a favorite because all the songs are great but In Due Time has great riffs and an amazing solos. The weakest tracks is the two-part epic The Next Triumph which is kind of slow and doesn't really rock like the others. All the other songs are just great rocking traditional/power metal. If you liked Evermoving then you should definatly get Reawaken. If you just like head banging melodic metal get it.
