This one opens with 'Power Of Darkness' in case you had forgotten what that track sounded like from the thirty other versions of the song you've already heard, and then progresses as usual through the usual suspects of a Nunslaughter live EP: 'The Devil', 'I.N.R.I.', you know the drill. Yep, it's yet another installment in Nunslaughter's 'Hell On' series of 7"s, and I suppose this one is right in the middle of the pack as far as quality goes. It's no 'Hell On Switzerland' with that one's crazy production job, but it's a solid representation of Nunslaughter live as any of them.
Performances are all solid and the production is pretty clear this time around, with Don sounding as vicious as ever and the drum section in particular benefiting from the increased production quality. While the track listing could have used 'Fire' to make it more identical to every other Nunslaughter live EP, the absence can be tolerated by the dedicated fan. Apart from these little notes, everything proceeds as expected: Nunslaughter plays raw death metal the way they've been doing since the Triassic era, replete with chunky Celtic Frost riffs, blast beats, and frantic, ranting growls for vocals. We all know the drill by now.
This is entirely unnecessary unless you're one of those retards like me who would like to own every little item Nunslaughter has released, so base your purchasing decision on that. It comes in neat translucent vinyl this time though!
