Well, I prefer this band to Nile in general (maybe not so much this release though, but in general). Though they seem to have borrowed Niles theme, hell, even their logo is the same. Maybe Nile's music is tighter and better recorded, but there is just some thing, some quality about this band that I prefer. Something more genuine, rather than basing everything around novelty so much. But, fuck that, I don't like to go off track of the point.
Simple intro, drops in nicely, ok drum changes, lovely riff work. Brilliant vocals, low growls. Then just short of a minute some brilliant screams. This bands sound is just fucking great. Brutal, but not stupidly brutal. Strange baseline throughout. Nothing over done or over played.
Yeah, I fucking dig this LP, great thing is, it is perfect length. A talented and brutal release, nothing special, but full of great riffs and nothing fucking boring neither.
Go, go, go!
