Ned i stillheten

This is Manes' second, and best demo. The material contained within has inspired countless modern black metal bands and reshaped the genre for all times. The intro is an interesting keyboard peice, but what it leads into is probably one of the best black metal riffs ever. The song Maanens Natt is an absolute classic and captures the ice cold guitars, spellbinding keyboards, hypnotic drums, and tortured vocals better than any other Manes song does.
The next track is also a highlight as well, featuring more top notch songwriting and ice cold atmospheres which continue throughout the rest of the demo.

This is an absolute must own for all grim and atmospheric black metal fans. Everything about this release is excellent and every song is great. This demo is simply wonderful from start to finish.
