Gore Beyond Necropsy - This Is an EP You Want

I don't want this EP - 0%

Noisecore is a hit-or-miss substance for me, but in this case, it was a miss. I never understand why noisecore/grind exists, since you've got the traditional grindcore/goregrind that is already noisy to turn into a more exaggerated pattamar. It doesn't even make sense. However, you get... no, there's no good noisecore band; only some albums and tracks are good. Take, for example, 40 More Reasons to Hate Us, by the legendary band Michael Jackson, oops, Anal Cunt, it's noisecore, but it keeps the roots of grindcore instead of focusing just on the noise, even if the word is a moniker for its genre name. But the noisecore pushed to goregrind like GBN and other "few" gorenoise/noisecore/noise-I-don't-fucking-know bands/projects/one-man-bands, you'll fight face-to-face with an anti-musical feast.

For some reason, the drums (or programmed drum kit) on the first track are far different from the rest of this EP. But besides that lazy-ass element, the vocals follow the same juvenile motion that is now used on modern "goregrind" bands like Gutalax and Spermswamp, and of course it has to be Ahumado Granujo. Like some pitch-shifted shrieks and gutturals, without any strength on their throat, only for their untalented shrieks, some of them sound like children under a vile dose of pitch-shifters. I don't criticize too much because I drafted a death metal band on Metal-Archives with a child as a drummer and vocalist, and he used a pitch shifter. I found their EP (Open Your Mind) good, but the problem is the lack of talent.

Even if this EP had a good production, it would still suck. Why? A little cute thing called songwriting; the only track that has a slow section is Floating Flesh; the rest is just a clusterfuck of instruments and "vokills ov death" where the only "kill" is the murder of your within. Combining the so-called instruments with indecent songwriting forms a handiwork made of fecal matter. If the band had a bit more creativity in terms of songwriting, mainly on the drums, the release would be one googleplex times better.

If the awful stuff doesn't make you realize that this EP sucks, calm down; you didn't see the immature and juvenile aesthetic of the band. Oh god, a track named A.N.U.S. Following a distorted "artwork" of a fat woman without clothes and with a cliche auto-propaganda on the EP name, it's too bad to be good...

And while the aesthetic reeks of a juvenile stench of cryptic so-called humor, you need to face the tone that is stupidly horrible. The guitars sound like a hollow hole of an acoustic guitar plugged into a cranked-up amp and connected into a cesspool of the most rabid, foul, horrible, talentless soundwaves you've ever heard, and coming from a person who did a positive review for Dahmer's Dahmerized, which is a raw, foul, rid of any good production, you know that I'm not satisfied at all. Some of the drums (even programmed, which makes it more absurd) sound painstakingly sloppy and bring agony to your dear ears.

Overall, if you search for shit, here is the place.
