Filthy death metal two-piece Fratricide have their debut demo of meaty music ready to unleash.

Feedback and killer drum pounding drops us in with chunky riffs, bellowing out a putrid offal. The Undergang style grooves and meaty mid tempo crawls offer that grave-digging style of barbaric death metal that gets under your skin and leaves your body in a convulsing mess of oozing ecstasy. Hideously snarled vocals are carefully spewed over the cacophony of eldritch riffs and charnel drums, delving into a sewer of deformed, demented and utterly filthy death metal brilliance.

Throughout the demo there is this catatonic sway of nastiness that keeps you enticed by its primal charms. The simplistic yet well-layered blend of grimy instrumentals and vomitous vocals are utterly marvellous with such a fantastically clear yet raw production that allows the festering musicianship to really rot in its own element. The drummer offers some relentless hammering fills to underline the brutal cascade of ossuary-friendly guitar riffs and chunky bass, a perfect backline for the vocals to really just add a further element of dripping ichor to the sound.

Not only is this a phenomenal first demo but just a killer slab of pure death metal the way it should be. Brutal, brooding and unforgiving with a dark atmosphere or horrific, dismembering instrumental and vocal excellence. Drive by malice and macabre tones, Fratricide have made their mark and that mark is a rotten slice of utterly magnificent death metal from the beyond.
