D.I.Y.Y- or Die!

If there's a thing I hate, it's stale pizza thrash. God damn fuck I despise pizza thrash. Writing dumb lyrics and accompanying them by lazy musicianship isn't a justification for releasing stupid shit like this. The riffs are obviously ripped off early Slayer, DRI and even Suicidal Tendencies (which are also the excuse for the half assed bored vocals), and the music here doesn't even give these justice.

This whole demo is a borefest of typical thrash, with barely any variation in the music aside for a few different drum beats every now and then. There is an occasional SOD styled increasing in speed, and a thrash break every now and then, but these don't relieve you from the feeling you've heard this before- because you definitely have. "The Mask?" More like "Kill Yourself." "Chop the Cop?" It's Suicidal's Join the Army in a nutshell, but with much less passion. This ground has been already trodded, and these Show No Mercy riffs have been overplayed.

Sheesh, you hear that everyone here can play their instruments, but are they used for something meaningful? The answer is yes- and the explanation is that the cover art is coaster worthy. That pretty much sums up these wasted ten minutes of my life. Avoid this at all costs.
