Filth Union in Desecration

Molestor Kadotus of Anal Blasphemy (also known from Musta Kappeli) kicks off this split 7" with a primitive, chugging black/death hymn with silly lyrics. Reminiscent of works by incriminated, this is a little less interesting and simplistic. The track concludes with a shadowy "gregorian" style chant with some nasty mutterings over them towards the finale.

The stronger side is, of course, the contribution from the dirty, necrotic Bloodhammer, who never fail to pedal the best filth in town. This track is a little less focused on their fast thrash side and emphasizes their mid-paced head-banging black metal heritage. This track could be compared to some of the best Horna efforts.

This ep is worth owning for the Bloodhammer track and the excellent album art. Definitely not for the squeamish.
