Backyard Mortuary

This is the only works I own by Backyard Mortuary but if this demo is anything to go by, then I eagerly anticipate more.

The definite stand out tracks are Pre-Mortem Autopsy and Macabre Butchery. Pre-Mortem Autopsy is death metal exactly how it should be, arse-hole tearing riffs,pulsating bass lines, tight, fast drumming and vomiting vocals. The first verse riff of Pre-Mortem Autopsy is possibly one of the best things I have ever heard and contrasts well with the speedy chorus. My head bangs every time I hear this song.

Macabre Butchery provides the listener with yet again a supreme serve of Death Metal. I cannot get enough of the vocals on this song, and once combined with the awesome riffs provided, you know your necks gonna be hurting tomorrow. The shrieking guitar heading into the solo sends shivers down my spine upon listening. The Nile-esque breakdown riff adds the icing on the cake.
