I do not give 100%, unless I am trying to write a review about an album like Hostis Universii Generis from A.m.S.g, albums which are not only musically perfect but also actual rituals and acts of worship toward multidimensional eldritch abominations (in my opinions, the only true gods of the Multiverse).

The highest rating I would ever give to an album is 95% therefore my vote should mean 100% to you guys reading.

This album is a madafucka killer application. The sound quality is excellent, the songs are awsome and the lyrics are powerful. The voice is harsh yet perfectly controlled, and got that "sincerity from the bowels" touch that was originally felt among bands like first Gorgoroth and Marduk, when singers used to shout their very lungs throughout the microphone yet were able to cut the shriek short whenever they wanted, with perfect control. The first time I listened to it was on youtube, free premiere, and I almost fell from the chair. Three days later, I am still singing it in my head as soon as I wake up, like a broken record. It is as powerful as a fire tsunami.

It is definitely black metal, and while it contains both choral chants and a lot of melodies, this does simply make it more powerful and fascinating, it is not symphonic or epic or whatever-else-fuck substyle of black, it is stern and powerful, the same fashion first Satyricon were. It is hard to list songs which are to be considered better than the rest, every minute of the release is perfectly executed and marvellous to listen. A masterpiece, among the best 50 black metal albums of all times.
