Die If You Want You Die

This kicks ass. You probably wouldn’t expect Japan to be a country with some awesome thrash, other than the famous Fastkill. It seems that there is quite a few good thrash band that hail for Japan. I have been discovering more and more the deeper I dig. Despite this band having one of the most ridiculous names I have ever seen, they sure can thrash well enough. This can be forgiven seeing that most crossover band have pretty ridiculous names.

666 Triangle Six of Death is probably one of the best crossover/thrash bands I have heard from Japan, but I guess I have not heard very many. This band draws it success from its countless arsenal of catchy as fuck riffs. This demo is stuffed full of catchy riffs. There is one problem I have though. The band has many parts where they drop the drums and just play some little clean parts or slow single not progressions. I find these parts kind of useless. I guess they felt the need for a change of pace in the songs, but I like a nonstop assault of riffs. Vocals are standard shouted thrash vocals, nothing to complain about.

There is just one question this demo boils down to. Do you like catchy as fuck riffs? The answer to that question is yes.
