This live KM album was recorded while Russia was still communist, so obviosuly the sound was terrible, due to the terrible equipment used to play and record.

Spider was still playing rhythm guitar, and there does not seem to have been a bassist in the band at the time. However, the chaotic sound and raw, roaring vocals give this album a unique atmosphere. You can almost feel the power of this performance, the visceral violence of this classic show.

Some of the song's live versions actually sound better than the studio versions recorded later, especially "Abaddon", which has a very epic, cavernous sound unlike the clinical thrash version on the "Orden Satany" album. The rest of the songs are similar - great live, raw energy, but played sloppily with many mistakes, often drowned out by the vocals.

If you love this band's early works, then you should definitely try and acquire this piece of metal history, but if you are new to the band, avoid this album.
