Report for Cross

They sound like a mixture of Hard Rock and Punk. There are some metal-ish tracks here and there, but they are not overall a metal band, in my opinion.

Possibly their debut features the highest number of metal songs. See first link. If that's enough for the band to stay, the genre tag shouldn't state it's straight heavy metal, anyways.
