Report for Symphony of Sorrow

More Alternative/Gothic Metal than Industrial. Some of it even sounds like Alt. Rock, but still mostly Metal.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't hear much Industrial. Sounds much more like an aggressive The Gathering or Lacuna Coil. "Symphony of Hatred" does have some hints of Industrial, but that's about it.

This is neither gothic nor industrial. Some sort of awful groove metal/alt rock hybrid. Borderline mallcore. There's some groove metal riffs much of the time, for sure, but much of it is also clearly alt rock.

I'm going to need to torture the ears of some of my peers with this...

The more I listen to it, the more I'm reminded of Drain STH. It sounds very grungy in places, hence my earlier assessment of Alt. Rock.
