Could someone who's fluent in German check the grammar/proper capitalization in the lyrics for "Winterland" (last verse) and "Lass Mich Gehen"?

The only thing I wasn't sure about was the line "In wetters hano" in "Winterland". "hano" is not a word in German and I couldn't find the lyrics online, so I listened to the song on YouTube. I'm pretty sure he sings "Hand" (plus it's the only thing that really makes sense, the line would then mean "in weather's hand"), so I changed it accordingly.
