This album has somewhat less ties to metal than "Nowa Ex-Tradycja".
The album title is a play on a phrase "Globalna wioska", meaning "World-wide village". "Wiocha" is a derogatory variant of "wioska", "village", often used to describe shameful or embarrassing behaviour, style, clothing, etc.
A derivative word is "wiochmen" as used in title for track #12, literally a derogatory word for a person from a village, but usually used to describe people with bad taste and embarrassing habits.
