Overcast recorded this album in April and May 2006 before performing a reunion show at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. They wanted to re-record older songs with better a production. The release consists of 11 songs re-recorded from their previous releases and 2 previously un-recorded songs written before the band broke up in 1998.
The release took two years before being picked up by a record label and released. The release was followed by a series of concerts in the fall and winter of 2008.
