In the last days of Seraphic Decay Records, when the label's infamous reputation had grown to worldwide (mostly underground) acknowledgment, Steve O'Bannon either changed the label's name to Skin Drill Records or presented it as an imprint of the label (hence the "a member of the Seraphic Decay family" that tag-lines at least one known version of its logo) and continued to press a handful of 7" vinyl singles.
