Ukrainian recording & distribution company that started as a pirate (unofficial) cassette distribution company that focused primarily on heavy metal, a practice it continued until around 2002 while also releasing recordings under the label Mosh Records. In 1999, it started producing licensed compact discs and began working mostly with pop & rock-oriented music.
Since mid-2002, Moon Records has acquired the status of the official representative in Ukraine of the Мистерия Звука music company. The company's partners include Gala Records, Universal Music, Союз, CD Land, Монолит, Квадро-Диск, Irond, 100% Сто Процентов & other companies.
Nowadays, the company's activities extend to the worldwide arena and also has offices in Germany & Russia. Firm Moon Vinyl, a department of the company, is located in Czech Republic.
Both CD reissues of Violent Dirge's Craving and Dolphin's Глубина Резкости share the cat# MNCD 057.
