Established in July 1985 with an investment from Mitsubushi Electric, Nippon Crown Co., Ltd. and others. Sub division of Crown Record Co., Ltd. / Nippon Crown Co., Ltd. since 1985 until 2001. The company was disbanded in February 2001, and control of the label passed to Tri-M Inc., and then in 2005 to Tokuma Japan Communications.
