Owned by Marco Suremann ("Dinosaur"), formerly of Chainsaw Murder Records, and Chris Leibundgut. The two were roommates in Los Angeles, California at the time that this label was active, which was/is also the home of the band on their roster, Hirax. Marco would go on to also create Hellhammer Maniac Records, while Chris handled legal representation for several bands and artists in years following activity with this label.
