In early-to-mid 2021, several of the bands previously involved with this label accused it and its owners of being scammers and ripoffs, after the label cut all communications with both the bands and the consumers without shipping several releases and box sets.
August 10th, 2021, someone identifying himself as "Eduard, founder of Goatroom," sent out a message through Bandcamp saying that he fired his business partner, who he claimed was responsible for the mess created. He promised all remaining orders were or would be shipped within ten days. This apparently never happened.
