Description
Dutch label founded in 1984 by Tony Berk. From its inception until 2001, Dino Music was an independent label known mainly for its compilation albums.
In 1994, BMG Ariola Benelux acquired fifty percent of its shares, but sold them back at a later date. In 1998, Dino Music merged with Bunny Music.
In 2001, EMI Music Netherlands BV acquired seventy five percent of the label's shares, while the remaining shares were acquired in 2004. EMI collapsed in 2012, but was revived by 8ball Music in 2013.
