Portland, Oregon-based-DIY punk label created by Kelly Halliburton over his frustration in his dealings with the record labels that released his band's records. The next seven years brought another twenty releases (nineteen vinyl singles and/or flexi-discs as well as one cassette [Masskontroll's Carrion demo]).
In 1996, another cassette demo, Detestation's Unheard Cries, was released by the label, but wasn't assigned a catalog number. The label's logo also appeared on the cover of Detestation's 1988 self-titled album, but was just a friendly inclusion by the two labels that actually released the album (Profane Existence & Skuld Releases).
In addition to releasing records, the label also functioned as a mailorder & distributor which specialized in both records & cassettes from around the world. It continued to function until 2000 when it ceased due to Kelly moving to Germany.
