Description
China Fire Records (中国火唱片) was a Beijing-based sub-label of Taiwan's Rolling Stone Records - Rock Records & Tapes (which was at the same time a sub-division of Taipei-based Rolling Stone Records - Rock Records & Tapes) which lasted from 1991 to 1998.
It was established in 1991 for the production of mainland China's rock albums and distribution and it operated as a sub-division of another label from 1991 to 1995, and directly by Rolling Stone Records - Rock Records & Tapes from 1995 to 1998.
Besides the Chinese first tape version of 唐朝's debut album in 1991 (and its CD co-release for the International market in 1992) it released the 3 successful compilations "China Fire" Vol. 1, 2 and 3 between 1992 and 1996, both on tape and subsequent CD re-releases.
