I dunno I'm kinda intrigued by that Holosade cover...

That Iron Angel cover is glorious.

My favorite part of this is that there are two bands with such similar names and it's a decently long phrase - not just a word or two.

This band makes some odd choices while choosing their cover art.

Liked the Helmet-Betty cover. If i had a black metal band like Sacred Son i easily would choose this picture for an album cover.

I have a soft spot for Axxis, middle of the road though they may be, and god knows their ridiculously over the top art for Utopia should grant them indefinite immunity, but I just noticed they put out an album last year with this horrible business gracing the cover:

Seems completely unacceptable for an artwork except maybe for the most useless, meaningless and insignificant of wicked underground EP or demo tape. Seriously, it lacks talent, vision, taste, execution - just everything.

Looks like a distant brother from the demon on Morbid Visions.

I know you said you don't care about how we feel about Si Monumentum's artwork, but it doesn't look that awful IMO. I guess they were going for "less is more" approach and decided to put an ugly cover to a (positively) ugly album.

That one is painful to look at. Whoever made it didn't even have the balls to give the "angel" an appearance that would match the scorched landscape. Merely put some burnt spots on the dress, but certainly not on her arm or face, god forbid
