Except for bands like Massive Attack, Portishead, Propelerheads, Aphex Twin and Crystal Method i been always out of touch with Electronic music and i'm in the mood of listening something Ulver-ish (Perdition City era). Thanks in advance, guys.

I wish I knew more, Perdition City is great. Try Future Sound of London, Dead Cities is a good start for this style.

The bands Subheim and Blackfilm both have a bleak, urban feel similar to some sections of Perdition City, you may like them

Weird to leave out the best and most acclaimed Manes album Vilosophe which is actually often compared to Perdition City.

Easily my favourite electronic/industrial band ever...

It's an album I like very much, but to me, it's much more emotional than Perdition City. Their other productions have a colder feel that make them a best match, imo... and they're all definitely more "electronic" than Vilosophe.

I didn't know that stuff... it has nothing to do with Perdition City. I don't see what makes you link that band to Ulver's soft urban crooner-ish trip hop. It's more ebm/ electro à la Front Line Assembly...

You're not really looking for electronic music. That Ulver album and the bands you mentioned are more trip-hop.

One of my favourite albums in that style is the Nearly God album. Presented as a self-titled album, it's mostly a Tricky project. His debut might fit the bill as well.
