they've been touring this month and they were in Adelaide last night. anyone a fan and been to any of their shows?
i really enjoyed the show!! i made sure to do my warm up stretches and neck rotations so that i could fully headbang! but still have a sore neck today lol

saw them in Sydney, and tbh I thought they were pretty poor. Didn't impress me at all. Probably didn't help that they seemed to attract a very "core" crowd, people fucking hardcore moshing with their high kicks and flailing arms. But yeah, the songs didnt seem to come off great live at all, and particularly having seen Behemoth, Nile, Moonsorow and Ulcerate kill it over the last couple of months this was terrible in comparison from my point of view

the turnout wasn't that big in Adelaide and there was minimal moshing. I had my arms flailing a bit but I mostly just headbang.
I haven't seen that many bands live. maybe half a dozen big names. most I've seen are local or national.

I think each state has it's particular crowd. but I think as long as you enjoy yourself that's what matters.

I've just discovered Fleshgod Apocalypse. i'm liking them. just wondering how are they live?

They're heading to Australia for the first time next year, so we shall find out then

This year's Kataklysm gig was no where near as good as last time. To many songs off the last 3 albums i felt. Not enough classics. Especially Serenity in Fire, Where the Enemy Sleeps & Manipulator of Souls!

Still really enjoyed it. Bigger crowd that i thought there would be in Melbourne. That Japanese band were pretty killer.

yea Gotsu Totsu Kotuu were pretty good! their guitar solos were epic!
