Got these yesterday from a Metal Archives seller

Augury - Concealed [CAN, original on Galy Records, cool and interesting but not sure what I think of the female operatic vocals]
Burial Invocation - Rituals Of The Grotesque [glad to have this one back]
Cannibal Corpse - Bloodthirst [GER, Censored Version, one I was missing, solid album, sounds like CC]
Capharnaum - Fractured [US, Willowtip, pretty cool tech death]
Council Of The Fallen - Revealing Damnation [Nice, I forgot how cool this album was]
Isis - Oceanic [US, a blind buy, not bad but it's no celestial...]

Picked up a couple packages after vacation. Overall, I'm happy to finally get the Anthem album, but it pisses me off when eBay sellers list an item as brand new when it isn't. The CD wasn't sealed, didn't include the OBI strip, and has a decent amount of light scuffs, and would have barely passed for very good if I listed it.

Image

Anthem - Immortal
The Caution Children - Unknown Lands
Loathus - S/T (This was a freebie with Unknown Lands that's alright, although I'll probably end up reselling it.)

Highly recommend you read the books (A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin), certainly one of the best fantasy series i've ever read. Agreed on by my friends that all should read before watching, and the books are still being written!!

Just got a bunch of tapes from Ebay, filling out those KD and Priest collections! Excellent price, all tapes looks to be in great condition.

My CDs from SLK came in today!

Dragunov: Chernobyl
Kamikaze Pilots - 12/12/12 (thanks!)

Image

They both sound great. The KP one gets pretty doomy at parts.

That Beneath the Remains cover is almost as weird as the Arise cover when you really examine it.

Venom - Welcome to Hell
Tankard - Zombie Attack
Helstar - Nosferatu
Helstar - A Distant Thunder
Sodom - In the Sign of Evil/Obssession With Cruelty

Venom and Sodom's albums are just a part of my rebuilding task, so I know they kick ass. The 2 Helstar purchases I already own on the Rising From the Grave comp. that came out a few years back. The only album I haven't heard yet is Zombie Attack, but since Chemical Invasion kicked ass, I decided to go ahead and get their first one.

Oh yeah, I'm ordering all of these from Import-Cds, so this order will take a long while.

Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Testament - Practice what you Preach
Exodus - Bonded by Blood
Carnivore - Self Titled (got it for £8, but it's actually the 1985 first pressing)

...still can't remember what I was supposed to be doing.

"Not as good as I'd hoped" is giving it more credit than it deserves. What a poor album. I hope you end up liking it more than I do. :)

Just got this lot today.
Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats - Blood Lust (Re-release on black/white/red vinyl)
Sir Lord Baltimore - Kingdome Come (Reissue)
The Budos Band - III (Fukken groovy instrumental funk/soul/afrobeat. Sounds like music from 70's blaxploitation movies mixed with James Bond. Highly recommended. Unfortunately the sound on the vinyl is a bit on the muddy side)
The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation - Egor (Alter ego of The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble. Weird ambient dark jazz with a touch of drone. Luxurious 180g 2xLP in glossy gatefold)
Vangelis - Blade Runner (Classic soundtrack. 2013 reissue on translucent red 180g vinyl)
Conan - Monnos (The golden vinyl version supposedly limited to 100 copies. I thought this was only sold in a bundle with a CD and a shirt at shows or something? Anyone?)

Got my Gorguts CD today. I've already listened to the leak a dozen times but now I get to listen to it in lossless quality and read the lyrics too. Also bought the new Deeds of Flesh album (pretty damn good) and The Morningside - Moving Crosscurrent of Time a couple of weeks ago.
