Well forget that then, I enjoyed the band, thanks to whoever told me about them, and it's still considered as technical death metal, and at least it's not redundant.

Well if you are strictly looking for classic raw old school death metal that is not of the Swedish or Finnish variety then:-
Molested - Blod Draum
Massacra - Enjoy The Violence
Massacre - From Beyond
Morgoth - Cursed
Electrocution - Inside the Unreal
Miasma - Changes
Insanity - Death After Death
Seance - Fornever Laid to Rest (Swedish dm that does not sound like typical swedish dm)
Bolt Thrower - War Master
Pestilence - Consuming Impulse

Also, I am guessing you are relatively new to the death metal genre, so in that case also listen to these albums (All of them are different from each other in style and the very basic intro albums, and also different from the style you have specifically asked, so if you like a particular style you can expand on it more by coming back here)

Amorphis - The Karelian Isthmus
Entombed - Clandestine
Necrophobic - The Nocturnal Silence
Convulse - World Without God
Demilich - Nespithe
Incantation - Mortal Throne Of Nazarene
Supuration - The Cube
Disembowelment - Transcendence Into the Peripheral
Septicflesh - Mystic Places Of Dawn
Suffocation - Pierced From Within
Autopsy - Mental Funeral
Atheist - Unquestionable Presence
Cryptopsy - None So Vile

Against Such Things: have you listened to basic Swedish death metal like Dismember, Entombed and Unleashed? There's also The Chasm, especially their earlyish albums.

General rec for lovers of death metal that is brutal without being bdm.

Disfigurement - Soul Rot
http://borisrecords.bandcamp.com/

New EP that was just put up on their label's bandcamp over the weekend. I don't come and whore out bands without there being an applicable rec very often but this shit is worth bringing up. Check it.

Also, listen to Steel Bearing Hand! Goes everywhere from Motorhead-esque speed metal leanings to death metal to black metal to thrash and does it exceptionally well. Reminds me of Battlemaster at times. Ripper band.

Wasn't bad, a bit thrashier I believe. I was hoping for something lengthier than just a demo stage band though. Thanks for the effort.

Why do bands always invoke Motorhead with stuff like this. Motorhead is mostly midtempo rock and roll. Even the fastest stuff from the early days was fairly basic. This band has 80s type production value and sounds like a proto-death metal band still playing a pinch of thrash music. I don't hear any hard rock or clever Lemmy-esque lyrics.

I don't want to be annoying but recently i've listened "to hell with god" of deicide and I'll be very glad to find something similar (as cutting as melodic). Can you advise me it?

Well the fact that the last song IS a Motorhead cover... I think it's fairly obvious that the influence is there, not to mention that there are portions of the songs that certainly bear similarities to Motorhead's faster jams, if not sped up even faster. You do realize that a band doesn't have to emulate every facet of an influence's sound perfectly in order to bear resemblance to them right? That would just be silly...

That's the worst part, though. If speed was the only things bands took away from Motorhead...then they missed the god damn point. I hate watching talking heads mention Lemmy/Motorhead's influence on thrash and death metal. Why? Because Lemmy's voice wasn't clean, his bass was more distorted and they went really fast? That's all.

Motorhead has songs. Great lyrics. Great hooks. These other bands don't. They fall behind Venom in playing really fast and acting really evil. They bring no attitude or wit to the table and are boring as a result.

Well that's related much more to the quality of your music rather than how influenced you are by certain bands. I can be very influenced by Pink Floyd and write shitty lyrics and fail at my attempt of making good music inspired by them.

I'm looking for some OSDM like Grave, Vomitory, Entrails, Entombed... basically swedish death metal, but with a lot of crazy guitar solos, as much as possible pls.

Later Unleashed is what I can think of. Crazy guitar solos doesn't really go with OSSDM.

Maybe give Beyond Hell a shot? They're more American sounding than anything, but have some slightly Swedish touches. Definitely OSDM though, and there's a shitload of shreddy solos on the album, enough to put me off actually but maybe it would appeal to you.

Ok so this is New-OSDM and American but you should give Horrendous a try(http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Hor ... 3540301705)

Very swe-death influenced but quite thrashy with some pretty nice soloing, imo the demo is better than the album though.

Looking for something close to Kataklysm's last four (Heaven's Venom, Prevail, In the Arms of Devastation, Serenity in Fire).

I especially like stuff that sounds like this ...

Push the Venom - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlUNc8vA1Tg
The Ambassador of Pain - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-CH6flf2sM
To the Throne of Sorrow - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyVHnPBxnls
Crippled and Broken - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mErH98g26is
The Tragedy I Preach - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uNx8tPnjyM

Thanks

I don't really have any actual recs, but the second riff of Push The Venom is obvious Edge of Sanity homage, or it seems that way to me.

Right, I figured out how to ask this correctly and have a bunch of links to help. Basically, I'm looking for a viking/melodeath fusion, close to what the vala or Amon Armath (it's not really viking metal I know, but I really like the sometimes soaring melodic tremolo lines and marching, militaristic bent they give to melodeath riffs). I'm not looking for anything with a lot of keyboards, or something close to power metal, gothenburg or folk metal, just primarily melodeath with a strong epic/viking metal undercurrent and achieves that through stomping, heady guitar riffs as opposed to keyboards for example. If you're looking for a black/viking comparison to the melodeath/viking I'm looking for, think of bands like (later) thyrfing, (later) moonsorrow, windir etc that is a thicker, guitar heavier sound with the emphasis on death metal.

Amon Armath songs closest to what I'm looking for:
Twilight of the Thunder God:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3WJX1cIuY4
Vahall Awaits Me:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkRjYw6iR-g

The vala:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5I964ecn7g

Or a more overtly melodeath version of these two bands:
Wulfgar (a more varied tempo than them would be nice, most of their stuff is mid tempo) - Circle of runes:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=656dHb8i9aE
King of asgard - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0giIDVbrBo8 (full albums are here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioQ6NqMGTOE, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ohjDx8YhrY)

I found this band (Apocryph) to come really close to the Amon Amarth sound (not Viking themed though) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8Vs0ZdMUio

also, Evocation has some Amon Amarth tendencies http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SavgwmM1m84

Lay Down Rotten also comes to mind http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTfMTXyD_ao

and yes that is Martin Van Drunen performing guest vocals here on this song ! :)

Though there is more of an AT The Gates-feel present here, i can also recommend Illdisposed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKdgvTUkbmI

i also recommend Illdisposed to the guy looking for something similar to Kataklysm http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGSfsblYrI8

In addition to those already mentioned try out Disciples Of Mockery and Goreaphobia. Both Disciples Of Mockery and Goreaphobia (as well as the already mentioned Disma) have members of Incantation.

Incantation worship bands - Impetuous Ritual, Ignivomous, Funebrarum, Vasaeleth, Tyrant Goatgaldrakona, The Wakedead Gathering, Altars, Witchchrist, Burial Invocation, Symptom

Drawn And Quartered is one of the best Incy-like bands, mostly due to their having a unique style (especially from since the second album) with bits of black metal and Immolation influence. Like Immolation, their music can invoke a sense of disaster, as it's quite dramatic, but in form it resembles Incantation's sinister, well-flowing death metal. Excellent songwriting with enough variety, but also with that solidity and reliability that Incantation is known for. Their debut is more like Incantation, and less like Immolation and black metal. This song off their debut is called Implements of Hell: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJ9oDr4J-fQ&t=15m24s

Then you have Father Befouled, which is utterly filthy. Death metal at its grittiest. Incantation is really elegant compared to this band.

I'm looking for some fast, unrelenting death metal. Something like Decapitated, Aeon, or Hour of Penance. Can be technical but not necessary. Not really into breakdowns. Preferably a lesser-known band. Thanks for any help.
