OK, we might know Archgoat, one of the pioneers of Finnish black metal that uses guttural vocals instead of shrieked vocals. But I wonder if there are any BM bands that incorporate the same guttural vocals. If you know any bands that incorporate the same vocals style, let me know.

The closest thing I can think of is The Royal Arch Blaspheme, but that might not be guttural enough:

A lot of bestial black metal bands use guttural vocals, which is one of the many reasons why it's my favorite kind of black metal.

There's Pseudogod from Russia whose debut came out last year; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPOw2wsP-ws

GoatPenis from Brazil, who despite the funny name make some of the most pulverizingly bleak black metal I've ever heard; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DycddpkMg0

...and Anal Blasphemy fron Finland, who combine gutturals and shrieks; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8GBL3qpTdus

I'd also recommend checking out google for a list of bestial black/war metal bands. Let me know how those three work out for ya though. :headbang:

Well, there's a lot of great "war metal/bestial black metal" bands similar to Archgoat, but I'm not sure how many have the guttural style you are looking for, I've listened to all the following, but it's been a while since I really listened to most of them or specifically focussed on their vocal styles, but here are bands like them that I love that might have the style you are looking for:

Anima Damnata (I HIGHLY recommend this band for you)
GoatPenis
Bestial Warlust
Bestial Mockery
Damaar
Sadomator
Black Witchery

Those problably have the closest thing to the vocal style you want, but other great war metal/bestial black metal bands include:

Revenge
Proclammtion
Conqueror
Axis of Advance
Demoncy
Teitanblood
Angel Corpse
Blasphemy

and many others, though some of those last few might not be "guttural" enough for you.

Ruin Lust. Best war metal/black/death metal band around outside of Teitanblood

Ill-starred Son struck the nail on the head, not that many acts have that guttural, booming vocal style, but apart from that, there are loads of good stuff in the bestial scene. Von's OLD stuff is worth checking out, awesome blasts of pissed off filth. Although I gotta admit, after seeing them live this summer I started to wonder whether they ever really understood black metal as such. Woefully surprised was I, when at the Tuska Open Air they did these slooow, wandering renditions of their old songs. What_the_fuck. In any case, Satanic Blood Angel comp is filled with goodies.

Another name still unmentioned is Profanatica, which I really, REALLY, hope to see live one day. Bursts of black vitriolic hate, Ledney's vocals sound like he's regurgitating some demonic presence from inside. I readily admit being a fanboy.

Thanks for the recommendations! All of them are really good (and bestial, in some aspects), especially Goatpenis.

Try Amputation(US) for some really violent interpretations of the genre. Saw them in a feature on the now defunct Metal Maniacs magazine and this interview line caught my attention.

"Well, folks in the 'scene' can all fucking die of stomach cancer or something."
