I love Gargoyle's song "±0" and would love to know if any other bands use that style. I don't know if it industrial or techno or what? Here it is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSTlaJT51ec

You will probably not like it but check out Whourkr, they mix grind with electronic stuff. Sounds kind of industrial.

Pretty interesting stuff, but not really what I was looking for. I do listen to grindcore, so it isn't too extreme for me.

There are a lot of bands that do a techno/industrial style with distorted guitars, so I'm not sure exactly what you're after here, but you might like this:

Hanzel und Gretyl

Nine Inch Nails! They pioneered that sound.
The first track from their album Downward Spiral. I don't know their discography very well though, there may very well be better fitting songs. If someone else could chime in that would be great.

And if you want something more metallic, Godflesh is a must. I think their album Slavestate is the most influenced by techno.

I think that you will find more bands with that style if you search among Industrial/EBM/Dark Electro than among Industrial Metal.I don't know much about this genres, but I'll give you and advice, search for things like "EBM","Industrial",etc. on youtube and you will find videos with titles like "My favourite Electro Industrial bands" or "Top 10 EBM bands",you will probably find some bands with rock or metal influences in those videos.
