MUNRUTHEL – Yav, Nav i Prav RE-release
GARDARIKA MUSIKK (Russia) would like to announce the release date for the re-issue of the second MUNRUTHEL-album “Явь, Навь и Правь” (“Yav, Nav I Prav”), originally released in 1997 on tape and 2004 on CD. The new version comes in a deluxe 6pp digipak with new artwork and contains a bonus track.

MUNRUTHEL, a former member of the famous NOKTURNAL MORTUM, started his solo-project in 1995 and has been active under this name since 1997. Being a drummer as his main profession, he took the charge of all instruments and vocals from then on and wanted to create a more nature-related, more minimal vein. So, folkish ambient was his music of choice. Until now, the music has developed into a unique and unmistakeable style of symphonic pagan metal.
MUNRUTHEL has received an impressively positive feedback not only from fans but also from the media: "Munruthel just might be Ukrainian black metal’s best-kept secret ... fantastical to the Nth degree, with all the pomp and circumstance of Rhapsody of Fire, Septicflesh, or even Ex Deo" Zero Tolerance (UK), "Shiningly cinematic and unapologetic in its defiance of genre" Terrorizer (UK), Munruthel’s recent album “CREEDamage” became Album of the Month at American MetalReviews.Com and took 2nd place at sound-check of Czech Parat Magazine.

The now upcoming highlight “Явь, Навь и Правь”, as can be seen because of the year of the release, is an early work of MUNRUTHEL, a dark piece of ambient art, deeply entwined in the Slavonic tradition and the cult of Mother Nature. The ten tracks flow smoothly into one another and leave the listener breathless with their beauty. Imagine a bodiless journey, calmly flying above a planet that has not been destroyed by man, imagine what it would feel like to not know the entity of time. MUNRUTHEL herein captures this vision.

The record will be released as a collaboration of Gardarika musikk and Irii-Sad Productions in January of 2014. Musical items on the album “Land of Fearless Birds” have been partially re-recorded and re-mixed.
