Why for free? Can't you throw them something? I seriously doubt you're that broke if you have band equipment..

It's very shitty stuff, and I don't have any sort of income at the moment. It would also be a huge waste of money if I were to change the name (we're not exactly "set") on it.

As long as you aren't even sure about the name I suggest just using some standard font from dafont.com.

When you are finally set on a name I really suggest putting at least a bit of money into it (say, 100 bucks) and
looking for someone with a prof. approach. To me a good logo can make the difference to checking out a band
or not (same goes for a cover).

Seriously, if you're not willing to invest in your band, you really don't give a good impression in regards to your attitude towards your music. You could be the most dedicated dude in the world but if you're asking somebody to help your band for no money, on a name you aren't even set on no less, then you definitely come off on the absolute wrong foot.

Seriously dude, throw them 100 bucks. You might even find they'll be willing to work on some future band names, if you do change, and even perhaps work on demo covers and EP's for you. Between your band, you should be able to come up with 100 bucks, especially if there is 3, 4 or 5 of you guys. That's just shitty and cheap of you if you don't.

Do your own damn logo.

This guy is doing them for free, I'm waiting for a reply for my project. Not everything is about money, dudes. But yah, asking for a logo when you're not even sure about the name is thoroughly stupid.
